Cookies

For the majority of visitors, the use of our website doesn’t require the use of any cookies! Hurrah!

For anyone submitting a “contact us”, or “request a call” form, we protect our web forms with Google’s ReCAPTCHA, a quick test to determine if you’re a real human attempting to get in touch, or an automated tool. This tool requires the use of a cookie.

What is the “_GRECAPTCHA” cookie?

The “_GRECAPTCHA” cookie is set by Google’s reCAPTCHA service, which we use to protect our website from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA is a service provided by Google LLC (“Google”) that helps us determine whether an interaction is genuine and not automated by bots.

Purpose of the “_GRECAPTCHA” Cookie?

The “_GRECAPTCHA” cookie is used to collect information about the user interaction with the reCAPTCHA tool. This information helps Google verify that the user is a human and not a bot. The use of this cookie is essential for the security of our “Contact Us” form, ensuring that only legitimate inquiries are processed and to protect our website from malicious activities.

Data Collected by the “_GRECAPTCHA” Cookie?

The “_GRECAPTCHA” cookie may collect the following data:

User’s IP address
User’s behaviour on the site (e.g., mouse movements and keystrokes)
Information about the browser and device being used
Date and time of the interaction
This data is used by Google to provide, maintain, and improve the reCAPTCHA service and for general security purposes.

For site administrators when logging in to update this website, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

We use Google’s ReCAPTCHA service as a method of preventing spam for our contact forms.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
